Review and comments
Visitors may post reviews, comments, photos, and other content; send e-cards and other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam.” You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. Deux Digital Pte. Ltd. (“Company”) reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content.
If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant our Company a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant our Company and sublicense the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity. Our Company has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. Our Company takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.
Copyright and Patents
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Deux Digital Pte. Ltd. or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. The use of any Company trademark or service mark without our express written consent is strictly prohibited.
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. Our Company reserves the right, at sole discretion, to cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
An order, once accepted, is legally binding that you have accepted all terms and conditions at will prior to order made. Orders are to be fulfilled, unless otherwise confirmed by the management of the Company via email that your order is eligible for termination on a case-by-case basis due to error on our part or other legitimate reasons stated by us. No orders or pre-orders are allowed to be cancelled, or payment refunded if payment is already made, once they are placed and confirmed. All pre-order/backorder schedules are non-guaranteed. If a one-time refund is allowed on a case by case basis, regardless via credits or cash, the payment transaction fee of 4% is non-refundable.
Once order is placed and confirmed by our system, there shall not be any cancellation of orders which are of ‘processing’ status. An order will hold a ‘processing’ status when item is already paid for or when the item is being delivered. We will allow cancellation of orders if, and only if, our company is not able to fulfill the order due to limitations, in which, there will be an official email sent to inform you.
Defects & Exchanges
Kindly contact us at [email protected] with your order number, with an image of the defect attached.
Postage will be reimbursed for all items deemed defective. All items mailed back must not be worn, washed, altered, and with its original packaging tags intact. If the product has been discontinued and no replacement can be possible, store reward points will be issued. There are no refunds on shipping costs.
*Minor variations in measurement (within 1 inch) and weight (within 30 grams) are not considered defects. Colors may appear slightly different in reality due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screens calibration.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, or if you have purchased a wrong item, you have up to 3 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return by dropping us an email at [email protected]. You can initiate a return once your item(s) have been invoiced and delivered/shipped. There are no refunds on shipping costs.
Note: We may not accept your request to return your purchased item. Request acceptance will be product-dependant, on a case-by-case basis.
Our reward system lets you earn points for discounts on future purchases on our online store. Points are not awarded for prior purchases; during large on-going promotional events; or other excluded charges, along with certain items that are excluded in particular promotions. Other exclusions may apply.
We reserve the right to deny or put any reward points on hold if we suspect any non-permitted usage or earning of reward points through illegal means; abuse of our rewards system. Reward points that are withheld by us, will only be released upon full investigation and verification that you are the deserving owner of the withheld Reward points value.
Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Availability of goods are mostly affected due to any shipment delays and our company has no control over this for goods obtained from local distributors or other external entities. Shipment delays can be frequent for goods which are high in demand or limited in production. Our Company will reflect accurate stock availability to the best of our ability, but does not guarantee its accuracy. It is our duty, however, to inform affected customers whose orders have already been placed whether paid or not, should there be an expected delayed shipment.
Errors will be corrected where discovered within the shortest possible time. The Company reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment received; credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will refund the amount of the charge in full. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
We provide our website and its contents on an “AS IS” basis and make no warranty or representation regarding any product on our site, either express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, which are hereby expressly disclaimed, unless otherwise stated herein.
Despite our most vigilant efforts to ensure that all the information on our website is 100% accurate, complete, and current, there may be instances when information about a product contains inaccurate or incomplete data, including data about the product’s actual price or shipping availability. We make absolutely no warranty or guarantee that the information on our website is totally error-free, complete, or currently up-to-date. We reserve the right to correct errors and/or update the content on our website at any time without any notice.
